How to collect the beads:
- To make the collection of saturated beads easier, we magnetized the product.
- Iron oxide nanoparticles were incorporated in the reaction.
How to recover the saturated beads & powders:
- The oily aerogel can be squeezed to remove the absorbed oil.
- The oily EG powder is exposed to ethanol or hexane to be recovered.
